a) When you contact us. If you use the enquiry form on this site, or email us directly, we collect the personal data you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your message.

b) Automatically, through Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website. This collects data such as your IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, via cookies. See section 6 below.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

  • Our email provider — Microsoft
  • Our job/customer management system, where an enquiry proceeds to a quote or job – JobLogic

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with other organisations for their marketing purposes.

5. How long we keep your data

  • Enquiry/contact form data: retained for 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted, unless you become a customer
  • Analytics data: retained according to our Google Analytics settings (GA4’s default is 14 months unless changed)
